One of the most important things I’ve learned in running my own business is that you can’t take money to the grave and you can’t go back and relive a live that was wasted.
Therefore, knowing your lifestyle goals is just as important as making your financial goals.
What do YOU want out of your life? Yes, you need money to get there, but there is no “do over” button to go back and take time to live your life once the clock runs out.

Simple, but very powerful tip!

Oh my gosh I love this! So so true! Thanks for sharing this Nicole. It really hit home because the last several months I’ve been reassessing life and my business. I’m learning to set boundaries and stick to them (this is HUGE for me!). One of my goals (that so many people in my life tell me that I’ll NEVER be able to do but I’m going to prove them wrong) and answer to the second question is to be able to live on a beach (either Myrtle Beach or Daytona Beach) for one month every year!
