I think people are way too shy with pictures on the net. I figure if we were doing business in person people would see it all – good side, bad side, silly looks, 20 extra pounds and all.. it makes us more human. I have a real pet peeve about people not updating their pics, lol…

If you get enough pictures of yourself out there people will see your personality much more than if you just have ONE for years. It’s the know, like and trust factor right? If people feel like they know you more won’t they trust you more?

Anyway, sorry, I’m starting to rant. I want to see your pics too! At least show us some of the finalists

Fun post. It reminds me I want to get a new picture. My problem is I want to look better now than 2 years ago. Maybe some play with lights will do the trick

You know I never thought of this before. I put up photos alot and many of them are clearly zany self portaits for fun! I just put a photo in one of my posts – how bad is it? LOL.

I guess saying that I “very often” see people that look creepy sounded mean. I don’t think they NORMALLY look creepy. Just bad pictures.

Hmm, definitely something I haven’t really thought about before. My daughter takes pictures of me a lot and I often put them up. I change my Twitter avatar once in awhile and I have a couple different ones on each of my blogs. I’ve never actually asked for feedback on them though. Now that I’ve read this post, I think I will. I may be offending people and now know it!

By the way, I love the picture you posted. I think it’s cute
