Blog World Tour Update

Hey all. I'm having a blast on my Blog World Tour and wanted to check in to make sure you didn't lose me along the way. 🙂

Here is last week's post that you can catch up on –

5 Things you Can Outsource to Make Blogging More Fun and Profitable

Also, if you missed the now INFAMOUS Star Trek series at my friend, Bob's blog, go check it out.  It's too much fun.

Lessons I've learned about Online Business from Star Trek

The pictures are hilarious. (A huge thank you to Angela Bradley for whipping those graphics up for me on such short notice.) In fact, at NAMS last week, I had several people come up to me and say “Oh my GOSH! I loved that Star Trek series!” – It totally blew me away, but I am sure glad that everyone had fun at my expense. Two words — Man Hands! lol!

Next week is the final week of my 2009 Summer Blog Tour, but don't despair. I've gotten a list of people who would like me to drop by and do a guest blog series, so you may see me around posting in other strange and unusual places — being strange and unusual. 😉

Oh, be sure to drop by the blogs above and comment. I'm still behind in giving away prizes due to traveling so much lately. So you have time to sneak in a few comments before I get together with the blog owners to pick winners.

As always, thank you for reading. Thank you for your trust in me. And thank you for being a part of my online family.

Warmly,
Nicole Dean

I appreciate shares and I adore comments! Please share your thoughts.

Well I enjoyed your series on my blog and have used those as ideas to expand upon on another blog I have.

I missed the first part of the blog tour because I was traveling, but have been going back to find them all and read through them.

I have 4 pages of notes sitting here at my desk with things I picked up from the blog tour (some new, some great reminders that I needed) along with a bunch of action items that I’ll be working through over the coming weeks.

Thank you for getting all these awesome content out there.

So, I just ordered the blog tour package and I’m looking forward to digging in. However, I have so much to do, I’m wondering how I will fit the learning piece in. I can’t even think about the writing piece. I write so often but I’m wondering should I put my regular article marketing on hold and then start with this???

I would certainly rotate in Guest Blogging as a way to benefit more from your article writing.

As I mentioned in the guide, article directories are great, but — skip the middle man and get directly in front of your audience, too. 🙂

So, if you’re writing one article per week, alternate between submitting to the article directories and Guest Blogging on VERY relevant blogs. Be sure to read my mistakes section in the guide so you can avoid making the same mistakes as I did.

Hope that helps! Thanks for commenting.

Thanks for such a fast response. I will schedule some time tomorrow to read all of this. I printed all of the e-books out and then I’ll go and listen to the audio when I’m done.

I have 2 online stores and I write articles for both (stress/pain management and skin care). I typically write 2 articles for one site on one week and then 2 articles for the other site the next and I just alternate. Initially, I was writing 1 for each per week but then realized that in the middle of writing one article, I had a light bulb go on for another ! So I just stick to one article topic per week now.

Have a Blessed Day and Thanks Again,
        Michelle
