coming in today with 80 squats in a row

Aw man, I got a fever/sore throat and of course a migraine, and went to an away football game in the pouring/thunder-filled rain. So I was down for the count. I’m going to say, though – I think I’m grateful for the fever/sore throat/migraine – cuz as it is I can barely, and I do mean barely sit down on the toilet!!!!!!! hahaha!

Two days of shufflin’ with Scott and then Fri filled with squats – man! I’m a goner!

And I will remind you all, once again – that my house has TWO sets of stairs – and because, of the weird layout of the house – both must be taken multiple times a day! LOL!!

Was kind of embarrassing in the ladies room at the other teams’ field – I’d be moaning and groaning in my stall! I’m sure there were some cheerleaders and whatnot giggling hysterically at me! Ha!

I got to Nicole’s house last night and my grandson started doing a few more squats so I had to do more too. What could I do, let him show me up? But, yikes, are my legs stiff this morning! Ah, but it sure feels good! How are you all feeling???

I didn’t think my legs could hurt any more than what they were… I was wrong.

I did another 100 with light weights this time, for a total of 620 squats.

Here’s an idea…

For those of you who are up to it… Maybe we could do a 12 hour Squat-a-thon on LiveStream.

We could embed the video code on the blog and could even have 2-3 FLQ members going each hour if there’s enough members up for it.

We would just have to provide our channel’s embed code for Nicole to put on the blog.

So it would require you to have the ability to video record yourself live.

We could have a donation button next to the video and for every $1 donated that person has to do 1 squat.

I did 100 squats with 45 pounds in less than 6 minutes… so in 6 minutes a charity would have received $100

The good thing about this is that outsiders could help us raise money… and it may just draw people into the Computer Butt Challenge.

I think it would be nice that the person who is doing the squatting for the hour have their affiliate link for FLQ under the video broadcast.

What do ya think about that? Who would be up for putting themselves on live video…. I sure would even if it’s for 12 hours straight

Hi! This is actually The Mom at Nicole’s house… I just did 25 more squats… that puts this ol’ lady at a whoppin’ 350 squats ya’ll. Not bad, but you are kickin’ my butt you whipper snappers!

Good stuff in that cookbook folks! We just had the southern marinated chicken last night (put the raw chicken in the marinade, freeze, thaw and cook). It was DELISH!

Give me another 50 for a total of 401!

So, I’m curious how many people are NOT on EST time!

I kinda like that idea – set a group goal and pay for everyone we don’t get – the only thing is I know we are all overachievers so we’ll beat any number we set I think.

So, how about we do what Joel suggested, and WHEN we go over it we pay X amount for the number of squats we go over too!
