Take 5 minutes to laugh — it’ll improve your day.

Don’t forget that the other big thing you can do to improve your mood, your health, and your overall productivity is exercise. Take a walk. Go skating. Have a quickie with your significant other. Turn on your favorite 80′s tune and dance. Grab a hoola hoop or a jump rope. It doesn’t matter what you do — just get a move on.
