You may have noticed that I’ve been missing in action. I’m so sorry. I’ve had some company — my Mother-in-Law, and then my Godmother came to visit. So, needless to say — I had been CLEANING
a lot, instead of working on my business. ;)

Speaking of cleaning, I have a confession to make. I’m kind of lazy when it comes to things that I have to do on an ongoing basis.

I prefer projects to ongoing, repetitious tasks. For instance, I’d rather pay bills once a month than to do it daily. And, I don’t clean my house daily either (as you can tell from my mad scramble to clean so my Mother-in-Law wouldn’t find out that I’m not
perfect!)

I tend to run my business in the same way. I hire Virtual Assistants to manage a lot of my daily tasks, so I can focus on projects (ie, the fun stuff!)

Which brings me to my newsletter tip for today…

One of my favorite ways to create a newsletter is by making an ecourse.

What’s the difference? Well, in one, you have to do work on an ongoing basis (the newsletter) and the other is more of a passive type of thing (the ecourse).

For instance, http://www.WebTrafficBasics.com is an ecourse.
I sat down one day and loaded all of the information into my autoresponder at http://moms.aweber.com and now it runs itself. :) Pretty neat, eh?

Well, my mentor, Jimmy D. Brown, owner of http://www.ListandTrafficNow.com wrote a report entitled “How to Create an Ecourse in Just ONE Day”.

He sure likes to make things simple.

Here is the report. Enjoy! http://www.free-ebooksonline.com/books/create-ecourse-in-1-day.pdf
(No opt-in required. Just download the pdf, print it out, relax and
absorb the ideas.)

There’s more to come. Stick around.
Nicole
