Yeah, it is freaky to start. I understand. I’d say to start just by outsourcing the things that you either 1. struggle with or 2. dislike.

For me, I outsource the things I struggle with:
1. Graphics, because it’s just too frustrating to me (and because others can do it much quicker and better than I can).
2. Installations.

And, the things I don’t like:
1. Graphics.
2. Installations.
3. Some customer service.
4. Anything really monotonous like research.
5. LadyPens.com — all of the article reviews.

That’s where I find I need help most.

I’m at the point in my business where I know how beneficial outsourcing would be but I’m still hung up on the whole I can’t afford it. I’ve checked out this report plus I am taking advantage of Alice’s $1.00 Outsourcing Sweetie beta offer and I’m seeing more and more how I can’t afford NOT to outsource! It’s still a huge step to take and it kind of freaks me out.

outsourcing is not only very helpful to you but also to freelancers that make their money being a service provider online..
